Sour Bee Fizz cocktail recipe

Day end with a sting in the tail? Never fear, this Sour Bee Fizz cocktail recipe will put the buzz into your evening. Make the honey syrup by mixing equal parts honey to water, and melting together in a saucepan on a gentle heat. The syrup can then be kept in the fridge in an airtight container.

 

Ingredients (serves 1)

50ml Brockmans Gin

15ml lime juice

15ml lemon juice

25ml honey syrup

1 egg white

 

Method

Add the juice of the two limes and lemons, followed by honey syrup, an egg white and Brockmans Gin.

Shake vigorously over ice and single strain into a margarita-style glass.

Add a twist of lemon to garnish, or crimp a lemon peel twist and place on the glass.
