We love a good soup, but a soup with a fancy cracker on the side? Even better! These mixed seed crackers are the perfect way to upgrade your lunches and dinners.
Ingredients
200g plain flour
100ml cold water
6g salt
150g mixed seeds
Method
Place flour in a bowl and add just enough water to achieve a thick paste. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps. Season.
On a parchment lined tray spread the paste out thinly using a palette knife.
Sprinkle evenly with the seeds.
Bake at 160°C for 6 minutes.
