Deliciously dreamy, this Rock Rose martini had us at hello. Super simple to make and even easier to drink, whip this out at your next barbie and your guests will be lining up for a second round.
Ingredients
60ml Rock Rose
12.5ml Cocchi Americano (or your preferred dry vermouth)
3 dashes Devils Club Blood Orange bitters
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass then add ice.
Stir to chill and dilute, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon twist and rosemary – feel free to use olives/onions.
