Red velvet mojito mocktail

We love this zingy yet sweet red velvet mojito mocktail. It’s a blend of crisp Hope & Glory Red Velvet infusion, matched with the equally piquant flavours of lime, mint and sweet agave nectar. If you want to make it an alcoholic drink, just add a slug of white Bacardi rum.

Ingredients (serves 5)

200ml boiled water

5 Hope & Glory Red Velvet teabags or 5tsp Hope & Glory Red Velvet loose tea leaves

5 mint leaves

2tbsp agave nectar

4tbsp fresh lime juice

600ml sparkling water

Slug of Bacardi rum (optional) 
Cocktail glass

Method

Infuse the tea in 200ml of boiled water for five minutes.

Remove the teabag, or strain if loose, refrigerate to cool.

Combine all ingredients. Serve over ice and garnish with mint and lime.
