Ingredients (serves 4)
100g coconut meat
50g coconut water
10g honey
5g cocoa powder
1 vanilla pod
pinch of salt
20g mixed berries
Method
In a food processor, blend the coconut meat, coconut water, honey, cocoa powered, vanilla and salt together. Then allow it to chill for five hours.
