Wake up and feel energised with this delicious quinoa porridge recipe. The quinoa will give you the fuel you need for a long day ahead, while the delicious mix of ingredients – such as superfood treats like ground almonds and goji berries – will help to leave your skin looking glowing and fabulous.
Ingredients (serves 4)
250g pouch of Merchant Gourmet Ready to Eat Quinoa
400ml almond milk
2tbsp ground almonds
2tbsp goji berries
2tbsp agave syrup
1tsp cinnamon
½tsp vanilla extract
100g blackberries
2tbsp pistachios, to serve
Method
Place all the ingredients except the pistachios in a saucepan and stir to combine.
Place over a medium heat and bring to the boil for approximately 10 minutes.
Divide the porridge between four bowls and serve sprinkled with the chopped pistachios.
