Ingredients Serves 1
350ml whole milk or water, or combination of both
1/8 tsp cinnamon
30g quinoa flakes
30g oats – gluten free if desired
Pinch of salt
Handful of blueberries
A drizzle of honey/agave nectar
Method
Combine everything in a medium sized pan apart from honey/agave nectar and blueberries and bring to the boil.
Turn down the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Stirring frequently.
Allow to cool for at least 3 minutes before eating.
To serve top with blueberries and a drizzle of honey/agave nectar for extra sweetness.
