30g Whey Protein Pow Mix (if you’re a vegan, use the pea mix)
1tbsp milled sunflower and pumpkin seeds
1tbsp flaxseed with Brazil nuts, walnuts, and CoQ10 (you can buy this in health food stores)
Milk or almond milk to mix.
Pinch of Cinnamon (optional but lovely)
