Ingredients
1.3kg potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 cup fermented celery
6 hard-boiled eggs
20g chopped onion
1 cup kombucha mayonnaise
1 tbsp Chiva-Som mustard
3tbsp finely cut chives
3 tbsp finely cut fresh parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
Method
Cut potatoes into cubes. Place in a large bowl with the other ingredients. Toss until well combined.
