Pistachio and berry smoothie bowl

This pistachio and berry smoothie bowl makes a heavenly breakfast that’s packed with delicious nutrients to help you start the day the right way. The pistachios add a lovely crunchy touch, as well as a hit of protein, healthy fat and loads of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin K and potassium.

Ingredients (serves 1)

100ml 0% Greek yoghurt
100ml skimmed milk
25g raspberries
2tbsp porridge oats
1tsp runny honey
25g blueberries
15g shelled pistachio, roughly chopped
25g pomegranate seeds

Method

Place the yoghurt, milk, raspberries, oats and honey in a blender and blitz for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.

Arrange the blueberries, pomegranate seeds and pistachios over the surface in whatever pattern you wish and eat immediately.
