Pina oaty colada recipe

Sweet tropical coconut water-based drinks are your best allies to stay hydrated and beat hangover this summer, so keep your sugar intake low and give this vanilla creamy oat milk and coconut flavoured Stur blend a go for a refreshing and filling vitamin-packed pina oaty colada mocktail recipe.

 

Ingredients (serves 4):

1 vanilla pod (or 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract)

1 litre oat milk (sugar free oat milks contain the following ingredients: water, oats, sea salt)

6 servings (12ml) of Stur ‘Coconut Water Original’

100ml white rum

10 ice cubes

 

Method:

Cut open the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the small black vanilla seeds.

In a blender or cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients to evenly distribute the vanilla flavour.

Blend with ice for a cold refreshing long cocktail.
