Okay, so a boozy cocktail is a boozy cocktail – there’s no two ways about it. But fruit and vegetable goodness sure helps to ease the guilt, right?

This pina colada-inspired cocktail by our friends at Belvedere Vodka boasts electrolyte- rich coconut water, the green goodness of kale and refreshing tastes of lemon, basil and pineapple. It’s almost too good to be true.


Ingredients

35ml Belvedere Vodka

75ml freshly blended pineapple

5ml fresh cold-pressed kale juice

10ml fresh lemon juice

5 basil leaves

35ml Coco Face coconut water

 

Method

Shake and strain and serve on the rocks.

Garnish with a slice of pineapple or pineapple leaf.
