DAY 2

Upon rising: Hot water and lemon

Breakfast: Bircher muesli

Soak 50g oats in 70ml freshly squeeze orange juice. Add half an apple grated, 1 tbsp crushed raspberries and 1 tbsp chopped mixed nuts and seeds. Prepare the night before and top with 2 tbsp low fat Greek yogurt before serving.

Snack: Unlimited celery sticks with 1 tbsp low fat cottage cheese

Lunch: Stay-slim tabbouleh

Cook 50g quinoa and mix with 4 chopped cherry tomatoes, half a pomegranate, half a cucumber, a handful of mint, parsley and coriander. Dress with lemon juice and 1 tsp flaxseed oil.

Snack: 1 small pot of low fat Greek yogurt and 2 tbsp Brazil nuts.

Dinner: Grilled salmon with green veggies

Grill a salmon fillet and serve with a mix of unlimited kale, mangetout and green beans.
