DAY 1

Upon rising: Hot water and lemon.

Breakfast: Super-antioxidant porridge

50g porridge oats cooked in 70ml water. Add 2 tbsp blueberries, 1 tbsp mixed seeds and a pinch of cinnamon.

Snack: Unlimited cucumber sticks and 1 tbsp tomato salsa.

Lunch: Rainbow cleanse salad

Half a bag of mixed salad leaves, 1 beetroot, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 50g mixed beans. Dress with lemon juice.

Snack: Unlimited broccoli florets, (lightly steamed) with 1 tbsp hummus

Dinner: Chicken breast with grilled veggies

Grill one skinless chicken breast and serve with 1/2 courgette, 1/2 yellow pepper grilled and a handful of steamed spinach.
