Follow the perfect detox plan to feel refreshed and revitalised in just three days
What’s on your January wish list? A flat tum? More energy? Clear skin? Most of us would welcome a full body reboot come the new year and our detox is the perfect way to give your insides a spring clean and set a happy, healthy tone for the year ahead.
Our 3-day detox is perfect for beginners. It’s high on the raw food front and packed with protein and fibre. This allows the body to let go of toxins whilst stabilising blood sugar levels. You won’t go hungry on our detox, in fact you’re allowed two snacks a day along with three main meals. Simply follow the plan outlined below and by day three you’ll feel lighter, with noticeably clearer skin and loads more energy.
The rules
Follow these five rules to supercharge results.
1 Stay hydrated
Drink at least 1.5 litres of water daily to help flush away toxins and cut out sugary juices and fizzy drinks.
2 Eat slowly
Take time over meals to help beat bloating and make sure your digestive system stays healthy.
3 Eliminate processed foods
Cut out salty, sugary processed foods at least three days leading up to the diet and after finishing the detox, try to keep these foods to a minimum as they don’t contain any health benefits.
4 Ditch caffeine
Swap caffeinated drinks for herbal tea. Nettle, fennel and dandelion all have powerful liver-boosting properties.
5 Body brush
Body brush every day before showering to help boost your lymphatic system. Starting from the soles of your feet, work your way towards your heart using slow sweeping movements.
