Pecan and banana crumpets

These pecan and banana crumpets are our kind of brunch. Simply spread the nut butter on, slice the bananas and serve up for a delicious, protein-packed treat that’s vegan-friendly and a great source of potassium.
ingredients (serves 2)
4 crumpets
2 bananas, sliced
4tsp Meridian pecan butter

Method

Toast the crumpets, drizzle with pecan butter and pile on the sliced banana. For an extra bit of indulgence add a drizzle of maple syrup too.
