There are so many things to love about this cocktail… starting with the name. We also love the combo of super-girly, sweet ingredients, with the sharp twist of lemon. We think Pammy herself would approve!

INGREDIENTS: 
1 Egg white 
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml parma violet syrup
15ml rose jam
50ml Hendrick’s Gin
A coupe glass
A cocktail shaker (we used a Boston Cocktail Shaker)
Extra flamed chargrilled lemon (to garnish)

METHOD:

Add all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker.

Shake hard 10-12 times with rocked ice.

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
