Both of these juicy island-grown fruits are full to the brim with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and both offer super-high levels of immune-boosting vitamin C. Ingredients (makes 1)
75g mixed greens
70g papaya
100g pineapple
3 strawberries
½tsp coconut oil
1 handful cashews
375ml coconut water
Nutribullet (or similar blender)
Method
Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Enjoy!
