3. GYM JARGON You need a translator to work out which class you want to go to. The timetable is like a game of Russian roulette. Who knew a simple 8-minute HIIT class is not light aerobics to the Top 10 chart. 8 minutes. Looked so simple in black and white. HIIT, GRIT, Tabata, Body this, Body that. Who on earth is this Les Mills bloke? It is exhausting just reading it. A gym newbie needs a glossary of terms upon joining.
