This easy-to-make, nourishing moringa and avocado hummus is a healthier twist on shop-bought versions. Boosted with moringa powder and avocado it’s filled with plenty of green goodness!
Add the avocado, lemon juice and olive oil to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the chickpeas, moringa powder, cumin and salt and pepper and blend again. You may have to stop the blender and scrape down the sides several times to get everything well blended. Check for seasoning, spoon into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.
