Wake up, spring out of bed and make this melon and ginger smoothie recipe – it’s quick, simple and packed to the brim with essential vitamins. Serves 2.
Ingredients
200g galia or cantaloupe melon
250g Rachel’s Greek Style ginger yoghurt
Juice of 1 lime
50ml apple juice
Sprinkle of ground ginger
Method
Peel the melon and cut into small chunks. Add to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blitz on pulse speed until you get a smooth texture.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a light dusting of ground ginger.
