It goes to show how quick, easy and simple baking and cooking can be. And this margherita muffin is a big fave in the WHL office. It combines passata, mozzerella and cherry tomatoes for an easy Italian-style brekkie you won’t regret. Ready, set, cook!

Method

Split English muffin, toast&spread w/passata,

torn buffalo mozz, 1/2’d cherry toms. Grill til melted.

Top w/basil. S&P
