Mango coconut blast recipe

Mangoes are the most widely-consumed fruit in the world and they have heaps of health benefits. They’ve been cited as helping to decrease your risk of macular degeneration and colon cancer, improve your digestion and bone health, and beautify your skin and hair. So get blending.

 

Ingredients

1 cup kale
½ cup mangos
2 leaves of mint
½ banana
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 handful almonds
1tbsp hemp seeds
1 ½ cups almond milk

 

Method

Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet Tall Cup.

Extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
