Enjoy this delicious low-sugar smoothie to make sure you don’t get a sugar spike post sip.

 

Low-sugar smoothie

½ large avocado

1 pear

2 cups spinach

1/3 cup coconut water

1 tbsp hemp protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

 

Method:

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth!
