Lemon and anise sour cocktail recipe

This lemon and anise sour cocktail recipe is the perfect antidote to all of those sweet festive treats.

Blend up this sweet and sour cocktail for a zingy and sophisticated winter concoction!

Ingredients

4 lemon wedges squeezed
15ml star anise syrup
25ml apple juice
15ml Amaretto Disaronno
30ml Bacardi Superior
An old-fashioned glass (AKA lowball/rocks glass)

Method

Shake all the ingredients and pour into an old-fashioned (AKA lowball/rocks) glass.

Top with crushed ice.

Garnish with a lemon wedge and a star anise.
