Kiwi and banana smoothie recipe

Start your day with this kiwi and banana smoothie recipe, packed with super-nutrients to cleanse and nourish from the inside out. Serves 1.

Ingredients:

1 banana

10g kale

10g spinach

1 kiwi

120ml water

1tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Method:

  1. Firstly, peel and chop your banana, and then slice the kiwi in half and scoop out the fruit from the inside.
  2. Then, add the kiwi and the banana into your blender followed by the kale, spinach, water and lime juice.
  3. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, and then pour into a glass to serve.
