What are your most-used kitchen tools?

‘Once you get a spiraliser, you’ll never look back. You can use it to make courgetti, a great veggie substitute for pasta. I also like spiralising other veggies to make a fun salad. There’s a great recipe in my book for Raw Pad Thai where I spiralise everything!

Wooden chopping boards are great. They last forever and they double up as a trendy serving tray!

The best thing you can do is invest in a good food processor. I use mine on a daily basis to make things like banana ice cream and nut butter. Cheap ones tend to break really easily because they simply don’t have the power (especially when you need to blend things for over five minites)! I love my Cuisinart one, it’s served me well and has definitely stood the test of time!’
