Michela’s 5 tips to nix chocolate cravings

1. Don’t skip meals

Always eat three main meals a day to avoid blood glucose drops along with a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. It’s especially important to start the day with a good breakfast as this will set you up for the day. A bowl of oats with flaxseeds, eggs on toast or Greek yoghurt with nuts and seeds are all good options.
