Healthy curry and onion bhajee recipe

Onion bhajee

Ingredients:

1 chopped chilli (optional)

1 tsp of garam masala

1tsp of turmeric

1 pinch of sea salt

1 handful of fresh coriander

8oz of gram flour

Enough water to bind the ingredients into a pancake style batter

Method:

Mix together the above ingredients.

Add two white onions sliced into strips and mix well.

Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture into a frying pan with some coconut oil to prevent the bhajees sticking.

Fry gently until the onion is softened, turning once or twice so it browns evenly all over.
