You’ve gotta love a slice of banana bread and this healthy banana bread recipe is perfect for dreary days that need lighting up with something sweet, yet healthy.
The trick is to wait, patience is a key virtue in this recipe, wait until the bananas are on the brink of decomposing, tread carefully, it’s a thin line. While waiting for the bananas may take time, the recipe itself is super quick and healthy. Feel free to add your favourite additions, chopped nuts, cacao chips and raisins for example. The fresh baking smell of this banana bread drifting through your home is quite amazing.
