3. Anti-cancer benefits
Tomatoes are packed with antioxidants, so it shouldn’t be surprising that it has the ability to reduce cancer risk. Chronic inflammation and oxidative stress are the genesis of many types of cancer. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant foods can reduce the risk.

Use tomatoes to make gazpacho, sauces, curry bases, and in sandwich fillings and salads.
