Ginger zingers

Invite your friends round for these energy-giving ginger zingers before run club and see if you can beat your PB.

Ingredients (serves 5)

2 apples

1 lemon

10-inch piece of ginger

1 tbsp Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend

Small bunch of mint leaves to garnish


Prepare the fruit by slicing them lengthwise into roughly 2cm-thick strips. Juice all the produce by feeding it a slice at a time through the chute. (Juice the lemons together with the peel if they are organic, otherwise used a citrus squeezer.) Mix in one tablespoon of Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend before serving. Garnish with mint and drink immediately.
