Who knew sipping cocktails could be so guilt-free? Check out this superfood gin cocktail recipe from Tanqueray gin.

 

Let’s be honest – when the sun is blazing, it’s normal to want to chill out after work with a drink or two. If you’re bored of your regular cocktails and fancy something refreshing with a healthier slant, try this Beetroot Shocker from Tanqueray London Dry Gin. It’s super easy to make, technically includes a superfood (beets!) and really hits the spot on a Friday afternoon. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients

50ml Tanqueray

15ml lemon juice

50ml beetroot juice

Pinch of celery salt

Top with tonic water

Garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig

 

Method

Shake first four ingredients with cubed ice and strain over cubed ice in a highball glass, top with tonic water and garnish
