These frozen protein granola bites are a great post or pre-gym snack. They’re a delicious source of protein, perfect for breakfast, dessert or as a snack. The protein comes from the Greek yoghurt and the Graze protein granola – choose whatever flavour you like and pair with fruit. All you need are some fairy cake cases and a freezer!
Ingredients
Graze Honeycomb & almond protein granola
Natural Greek yoghurt
Honey
Sliced banana
Method
Share the granola out among four fairy cake cases and spoon in some yoghurt, be careful not to overfill!
Place the sliced banana on top and sprinkle some more granola. Place in a muffin tray to retain its shape and freeze for a couple of hours.
To serve, peel off the case and let defrost a tiny bit (the yoghurt will be rock hard!).
