Whole milk

Many people who are trying to lose weight avoid whole milk and opt for skimmed milk instead. However, even though skimmed milk is lower in calories, whole milk has many substantial health benefits. The fat in whole milk has actually been associated with a lower risk of obesity. On top of that, whole milk is a great source of vitamin D, vitamin B12, calcium and protein, which is why drinking whole milk can be hugely beneficial for maintaining healthy bones and teeth. It is so easy to include whole milk into your diet, as you can have milk with your cereal, porridge, smoothies and so on!
