The high content of fibre helps your digestive system to function regularly and it also reduces your overall cholesterol levels, lowering your risk of heart attacks and strokes. Popcorn also contains a large amount of antioxidants. There are many different brands of popcorn on the market at the moment, so as long as you buy the healthier versions, you can enjoy a delicious snack guilt-free!
