The myth that there is a correlation between red meat and cancer is actually due to the way the meat is cooked, not the meat itself, as overcooking red meat can be harmful. The consumption of protein is crucial for the strength and functionality of your muscles and bones, which is why so many people who are trying to gain muscle include a lot of meat in their diets.
