Coffee
Many people find that they need a cup of coffee in the morning to start their day. We’re advised not to drink too much of it, but coffee does have many health benefits. Studies have shown that coffee drinkers have a reduced risk of developing type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and some forms of cancer. Coffee also contains a huge amount of antioxidants that contribute towards a healthy diet. But as is the case with pretty much everything, moderation is key. There’s no reason to scrap coffee completely from your everyday routine, but just make sure you don’t go overboard.
