- Make smoothies
A surprising way to sneak in vegetables is by blending them into a smoothie. Blending some fresh berries, a banana, or apple with refreshing greens like spinach, cucumber, or broccoli makes an easy way to top up your vegetable intake. The fruit easily masks the flavour of the vegetables, so if you normally shy away from greens, then this is perfect for you, as you can enjoy all of their vitamins and fiber without the taste. My personal favourite is to mix a banana with kale, spinach and coconut milk for a creamy and delicious drink. Try making a new smoothie recipe to enjoy either as a morning energy kick for breakfast, or even as a post work out snack!
