Nothing makes me happier than the thought of a snack. Growing up, I loved to nibble on an afternoon treat after returning home from school. However, I find that snacking often makes us think of crisps or chocolate bars. One easy way to banish the bad snacks, is by completely swapping them over with healthier alternatives, and getting rid of any temptation. Try serving houmous with a platter of tomatoes, carrots and cucumber, or an apple dipped in nut butter to curb your cravings and keep you going until teatime.
