Great for little’uns and big kids alike, this fat-free blackcurrant yoghurt ice lollies recipe is fun to make and totally guilt-free. Makes 6.
Ingredients
450g Rachel’s fat-free blackcurrant yoghurt
Method
Take the yoghurt, mix well in the pot and decant into ice lolly moulds. You may find a measuring jug easier for pouring the yoghurt.
Place in the freezer until frozen (around 4 hours). When ready to eat, leave them to come to room temperature then carefully prise them out of the moulds.
Try experimenting with other fruity yoghurt flavours ‐ there are loads to choose from!
