Ingredients (serves 2)
3 handfuls of kale or spinach
2 sticks celery
2 apples or ½ mango
¼ avocado (to make it thick and creamy)
1tsp ground flaxseeds
0-3 glasses of pure water (adjust according to how you like the consistency)
