Daniel’s Snickerdoodle protein bars recipe (courtesy of Protein Pow) make a healthy post-gym snack. And they taste crazy-good! They’re a bit like cookie dough in both taste and texture. And they feature all natural, nutrition-packed ingredients.There’s no ridiculous amounts of artificial flavourings like the vast majority of ‘cookie dough’ protein bars out there contain. No soy. No artificial sweeteners. No junk of ANY kind. Pure protein bar perfection! You have to try them.

And if you’re keeping tabs, here are the macros per bar: 188kcals, 7g protein, 19.5g carbs and 11.5g fat.

Ingredients

30g Whey Protein Pow Mix

30g Smooth Cashew Butter

15g Honey

Cinnamon, to taste

4 small squares 99% Lindt dark chocolate (roughly crushed by hand)

Method

Mix everything together until you get a dough.

Shape the dough into bars and store in the fridge.
