This cranberry mint spritzer recipe is a summer sparkler – edible glitter is optional, but makes for one hell of a showstopper. Serves 1.
Ingredients
1 bottle of prosecco
1 bottle of vodka
1 carton of cranberry juice
Edible glitter
Fresh mint leaves
Method
Dip the rim of the glass in syrup, then twist the rim of the glass in red edible glitter, place ice cubes in the glass. Mix 1 part vodka, 2 parts cranberry juice and 3 parts prosecco, add mint leaves to garnish, stir and enjoy.
