Coco cool-down protein shake

This coco cool-down protein shake recipe from DW Fitness Club makes a rich concoction that’s packed full of hearty proteins and healthy fats to help build muscle. It will also make you feel fuller for longer (this is where many nutrition plans fall short). Plus, spinach provides a healthy dose of antioxidants, while the avocado contains 25 per cent of your recommended Vitamin K intake, to strengthen bones and retain calcium.

Ingredients (serves 1)

180ml coconut milk

4½tbsp Greek yoghurt

150g spinach

½ an avocado

1tbsp almond butter

1tbsp hemp powder

1tbsp agave


Put it all in a blender and then process until smooth.
