Coco caramello cocktail recipe

If salted caramel is one of your favourite flavours then you have to try this coco caramello cocktail recipe. It’s totally dreamy!

Ingredients

30ml La Diablada Pisco

10ml Frangelico

10ml lemon juice

25ml pineapple juice

15ml coconut water

10ml gomme syrup

3 unsalted peanuts (muddled)

½ a bar spoon of coriander seeds (muddled)

Salted caramel popcorn (to garnish)

1 Nick and Nora glass

Boston mixer

Method

Add nuts with coriander seeds to a Boston mixer and muddle.

Add remaining ingredients.

Add cubed ice and shake.

Double strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass.
