Cinnamon and ginger Manhattan recipe
This warming cocktail is best enjoyed indoors, looking out of the window at a snowy landscape and feeling all cosy, like you’re in a Bing Crosby film.
Ingredients
½tbsp chopped fresh ginger
15ml cinnamon syrup
30ml Woodford Reserve
15ml Antica Formula Vermouth
7ml Domaine de Canton
A chilled martini glass
Method
Muddle the fresh ginger and the cinnamon syrup, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Shake and double strain in the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of ginger.
