Chocolate fudge sauce recipe

You know we like our treats, so we bring you the ultimate chocolate fudge sauce recipe for you to drizzle over whatever you fancy – or eat straight up – we won’t judge you!

Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

75g cocoa powder

95g dates

3tbsp olive oil

250ml boiled water

Pinch or so of salt, to taste

Method:

Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Add more water/oil depending on your desired consistency.

If you like your Chocolate Fudge Sauce hot, add to a pan to heat up on a medium heat, then pour into a small pouring jug. If not, pour the sauce into the jug straight away and serve onto whatever you like.
