Ingredients (serves 1)
1 banana
1tbsp good quality unsweetened cocoa
1tbsp cacao nibs
1tbsp Meridian smooth peanut butter
1tbsp whey protein powder
1tsp chia seeds
250ml oat milk
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Chill to desired temperature.
