Celery, pear and ginger juice recipe

Give yourself a flavour and health boost with this tasty celery, pear and ginger juice recipe.

Celery is a prebiotic, so can help keep bloating at bay, while warming ginger is also known for its digestion-boosting properties – so this dream team is ideal when you need to beat the bloat, pronto.

Ingredients (serves 1)

2 green apples

2 pears

4 sticks of celery

3cm fresh ginger

Method

Chop the fruit and celery into small chunks.

Put everything through a juicer and then chill in the fridge.

Stir well before serving.
